This beautiful silver fuchsia necklace is made from fine silver metal clay, .999.  A mold was made from a real fuchsia flower and the clay was impressed into that mold. Nature is amazing when is come to the details.  A patina has been applied to the pendant to highlight those beautiful details.

Length is adjustable from 17 1/2 inches to 19 1/2 inches.

Fine silver pendant is 1 3/8 inches by 3/4 inch.

Precious metal clay consists of fine silver particles suspended in an organic binder.  After forming, drying and refining the piece is fired in a kiln.  During this time the binder burns off and the result is a piece that is .999 pure silver. After firing it has been tumbled to bring out the silver shine.  Lastly it has been dipped in an oxidizing agent and the piece has been polished by hand to bring out the beautiful details of the flower.
