Several geometric forms have been combined to make this necklace.  Fine silver has been formed into a circle, marquis and rectangle.  24k gold has been applied to the rectangle for a pleasing contrast.  It’s a delightful combination of shapes and textures.  A patina has been applied to the pendant and chain to highlight the textures.

Pendant is 2 inches by 5/8 inch and has been accented with 24k gold.

Sterling silver snake chain with sterling silver hook clasp and accented with 2mm turquoise heishi beads.

Fine silver is .999 pure silver and, while it will tarnish with time, it tarnishes much slower than sterling silver.
